The Voss lab braved the frozen white north for a truly fantastic 2015 Benthic Ecology Meeting in Quebec City. Our presentations included two talks (Josh and lab alum Maureen Williams) and four posters (grad students Michael Studivan, Jennifer Polinski, Alycia Shatters, and undergraduate Amanda Alker); all were very well received. We're proud to announce that Michael earned an Outstanding Graduate Student Poster award. Benthics once again provided many excellent opportunities to visit with old colleagues and meet new ones. We had lively exchanges and debates, generated numerous ideas for future research possibilities, and had a very healthy dose of outdoor winter fun. Many thanks to Ladd Johnson, Mathieu Cusson, and everyone on the organizing committee at Université Laval. We look forward to seeing everyone at BEM 2016 in Portland, ME!
We will be tweeting from #BEM2015 over the next few days at the Benthic Ecology Meeting! Follow along at @VossLaboratory!
